1. Eligibility

Our matrimonial services are available only to individuals who are legally eligible to marry under the applicable laws of India.

• You must be at least 18 years old (female) or 21 years old (male), or the applicable legal marriage age.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information.
• You must register for genuine matrimonial purposes only.
• You must comply with all applicable laws.

2. Registration

To access certain features of our services, users must create an account by providing complete and accurate information.

• Provide genuine profile details.
• Provide accurate contact information.
• Upload your own photographs.
• Keep your password confidential.
• Update your profile whenever information changes.

3. Profile Verification

Latha Marriage Bureau may review profile information before approving it for public visibility.

• Profile approval is at our sole discretion.
• Incomplete profiles may remain pending.
• Profiles violating our policies may be rejected.
• Additional information may be requested for verification.

Profile approval does not guarantee the authenticity, character, financial status, or intentions of any member. Users should independently verify all information before making important personal decisions.

4. Membership Plans

Some features of Latha Marriage Bureau may require the purchase of a premium membership.

• Membership plans are displayed within the application.
• Pricing may change without prior notice.
• Membership benefits apply only during the active subscription period.
• Expired memberships require renewal to continue premium services.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform respectfully and responsibly.

• Provide truthful information.
• Respect other members.
• Protect login credentials.
• Report suspicious profiles.
• Follow applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe and trustworthy matrimonial platform, users must not engage in any activity that violates these Terms.

• Upload false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or create fake profiles.
• Upload offensive, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Solicit money or engage in financial fraud.
• Use the platform for commercial advertising or spam.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Latha Marriage Bureau website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, designs, and branding, is the property of Latha Marriage Bureau unless otherwise stated.

• Do not copy or reproduce website content.
• Do not use our logo without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer or modify our application.
• Do not redistribute our content for commercial purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

• Fake profiles.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Abusive behaviour.
• Repeated policy violations.
• Illegal activities.
• Failure to comply with verification requests.

Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect our users or the integrity of the platform.

10. Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account directly from the mobile application.

Deletion Process

1. Login to your account.
2. Open Member Dashboard.
3. Select Account Settings.
4. Choose Delete My Account.
5. Verify your password.
6. Confirm permanent deletion.

Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, photographs, chats, interests, membership information, and authentication account, subject to applicable legal requirements.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Latha Marriage Bureau provides a platform to introduce members for matrimonial purposes.

We do not guarantee:

• Marriage.
• Engagement.
• Relationship compatibility.
• Profile authenticity.
• Background verification.
• Financial status of members.
• Behaviour or intentions of members.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying any information before making personal, financial, or matrimonial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latha Marriage Bureau shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.
