Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all premium memberships, subscriptions, and paid services offered by Latha Marriage Bureau. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Membership Fees

Latha Marriage Bureau offers premium membership plans that provide additional features and services to registered users.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available plans, pricing, and included benefits.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards registration fees, membership plans, subscription charges, and premium services are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued after successful activation of any membership or premium service except where required by applicable law.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

Change of mind.
Failure to find a suitable match.
Non-usage of membership.
Personal reasons.
Dissatisfaction with matchmaking results.
Account inactivity.
Membership expiry.

4. Membership Cancellation

Users may choose not to renew their premium membership after its validity period expires.

Cancelling an active membership does not entitle the user to a full or partial refund.

Membership benefits remain available until the expiry date, unless the account is suspended or deleted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs because of a verified technical error, users should contact our support team with payment details.

After verification, an appropriate adjustment or refund may be processed at the sole discretion of Latha Marriage Bureau, subject to applicable laws and payment provider policies.

6. Payment Processing

Payments for premium memberships are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Latha Marriage Bureau does not store your complete payment card information, UPI PIN, CVV, or online banking credentials.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, internet issues, software updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not be considered grounds for a refund.
